О некоторых результатах оценки последствий и способов разрешения конфликтов на мировом продовольственном рынке

Аннотация

By the moment, there is a number of good investigations with reference to the evaluation of consequences of joining the WTO for Russia from the point of view of different lines of the business. There is a substantiated evaluation of economic consequences of Russia's joining the WTO and several qualitative evaluations of social and economic consequences, nevertheless all of them are of preliminary and superficial character. At the same time, the procedure of negotiations as to the joining of the WTO by Russia or any other country consists in the settlement of competitive environment between requirements of states forming the Working Group of the WTO for enrollment of new members and the reception of delegation of a joining country. The corresponding provisions stipulated in the instruments of the Uruguayan round of multilateral trade negotiations sufficiently formalize and regulate this procedure.
