Формирование информационной среды аграрной кооперации и малого предпринимательства

Аннотация

At present it is believed that unlike the plans, which existed 3 or 4 years ago, the solution of a problem of informational support of small-scale business (S-SB) and cooperatives on the federal and regional level shall increasingly rely not on state institutions but on a system of independent informational bodies, including private ones. As with other kinds of assistance the attraction of independent informational systems for the needs of S-SB and cooperation shall require a clear definition and statement of a "state support" component as related to small-scale business and of sources and mechanisms of its financing as well. This task has to be solved both on federal and especially on regional level of informational support of S-SB.
