In the last years cooperative laws were elaborated with a good appreciation of the past and for the most part with caution, and some of them did not manage to consider impartially the tendencies and peculiarities of all social and economic consequences and impacts of actual market development practice on the role and place of cooperatives. Laws have been adopted as they were for the future and not the result of a legal generalization of accumulated experience. That is why a number of them were condemned to be amended in the nearest future.
