Аннотация


Two polypeptide groups: 11S globulin (helianthin) and 2S albumins have been identified in sunflower seeds with the use of electrophoresis method. The group composition is characterized by an intraspecies polymorphism. Various kinds of these proteins have been determined and the possibility of their use for genotype identification is discussed. The paper gives examples of passportization and determination of genetic purity of inbred lines by electrophoretic spectra of seed proteins. The author investigates outlooks of the use of markers of other type (isoenzymes, DNA-markers) for identification of genetic and selection material of a culture. The data are presented on the occurrence of various kinds of helianthine polypeptides in a group of acclimatized varieties. Matters of the use of this approach are discussed to reveal peculiarities of genotype structure of variety populations, to evaluate genetic stability of varieties in a reproduction process.
