Аннотация

The land reform is carried on since 1999 in Russia. The land reform is a system of legal, economic, environmental and organizational measures aimed at modification of the land relationships in the country. A new stage of the land cadaster introduction in the Russian Federation has begun also. This stage is accompanied by a great number of normative and legal documents in greater or lesser degree related to the cadaster's contents and its keeping and aimed at execution of the land reform, making of multiple forms of land ownership and land use, and transition to the market relations.
