Аннотация


Under the circumstances that emerged by now it is expedient to concentrate all available labor, cash and material resources on organization of a rational and effective use of lands that have the best natural and economic characteristics. It is to say that it is expedient to use those lands that bring the greatest economic effect. As material and cash resources are accumulated in the agricultural and industrial complex introduction of lands currently conserved into intensive turnover should be envisaged.
