Аннотация

Transition to diversity of forms of land control and land use, of titles of ownership to the land and its farming causes the emergence of new land management activities. The list of these activities includes management of land owned by independent producers, enterprises and farms using their land in accordance with different legal regimes, organization of countryside settlements' territories, formation of regional and district land funds (re-allocation, settlement, commercial lands funds, isolation of territories subject to specific regimes of use and economic activities, lands of small nations and ethnic groups).
