Аннотация

The multiple system of agriculture represents a combination of big scale commodity production agricultural enterprises (joint stock companies, co-operatives, collective and state farms etc.), small scale commodity production peasant farms and subsidiary or auxiliary farms owned by population including lands owned by garden and kitchen-garden partnerships. It is assumed that these enterprises and private farms can be founded upon various forms of proprietary rights and titles to land use. Proportions of various agricultural structures in different regions of the country may vary. The state's principal task is to ensure the parity for development of various structures, various forms of property and economic activities, i.e., to ensure equality of these structures and forms before the law.
