Иммуногенетический контроль достоверности происхождения племенных животных: проблемы и возможности

Аннотация

Reagents determining blood groups are required for immune-genetic expert examination of animals' origin. However nowadays, after Armavir biological plant was shut down no enterprise produces such reagents neither in Russia nor in other CIS countries while the need in them even now is very great. Due to that, the acute urgency emerged to obtain reagents' banks in quantities and volumes sufficient for immune-genetic expert examination of animals in the scale of country as a whole. That may be done only by modern methods of biotechnology, with help of hybrid technology elaborated in the All-Russian scientific research institute of animals breeding and genetics where it is possible in the shortest time to organize the base for production of reagents for four types of animals (cattle, pigs, sheep and horses) and to satisfy the needs of the whole country.
