Аннотация

Elaboration of the Federal targeted program on development of the extension service and its concept is being completed. Respective amendments have been introduced in agreements between the MoA and the entities of the Russian Federation on support of extension activities. In most regions regional extension services have been transferred in direct subordination to the Heads of AIC departments. New version of Provision on the non-budget Fund for Scientific and Research Organizations and Design Works has been elaborated and submitted for approval, which stipulates the use of the Fund's proceeds for the extension service development, methodological recommendations have been developed for creation and operation of regional and district services.
